The technical department missions are:

* Consulting : advise and assist partners in their choice of equipment, taking into account the surrounding environment.

* Execution of projects : installation, implementation, training of users and technicians.

* Projects monitoring: the after-sales service propose maintenance contract, preventive and curative maintenance, makes regular performance controls, follows up on guarantees, and supplies spare parts and technical consumables.
